แก้ได้โดยใช้ command โดยสิทธิ์ Administrator
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope LocalMachineโดยสามารดูคำสั่งเพิ่มเติมได้จาก about_Execution_Policies
